Bethel Theological Seminary is established upon the founding philosophy of Bethel Korean Presbyterian Church, which is to help all laity members grow in their faith on sound biblical and theological foundations and serve their families, churches, and communities. It is also to assist local pastors and missionaries to integrate academic training and their ministry contexts.

 

To achieve these purposes, Bethel Theological Seminary is currently in the process of obtaining the ratification of granting religious degrees by the Maryland state government. Also, Bethel Theological Seminary is expected to cooperate with prominent evangelical seminaries and leading faculty in the United States in providing its academic curriculum. 

 

Furthermore, Bethel Theological Seminary will be a place of promoting one’s intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and training each one to be a faithful disciple of Christ in the world.
