It’s wild how many different approaches people have when it comes to recovery and muscle growth. Some swear by basic food and sleep, others add in newer stuff like this. I’ve always been the slow and steady type, but I do think it’s cool to see how science is giving more options now. Just gotta be smart and listen to your own limits.
